This is the second acquisition for Faye in the last six months—the other was its purchase of Atlanta, Ga.-based Atcore Systems in November. Based in Woodland Hills, Calif., Faye reported revenue of $5.8 million and a staff of 28 in its submission for the selection of Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs for 2017. Faye Business Solutions Group has acquired the SugarCRM practice of Cynergy Solutions. Based in Simi Valley, Calif., Cynergy also handles Salesforce and OroCRM. It also has an office in Plano, Texas. David Faye, CEO at Faye, said the deal enables his firm to expand its business in both California and Texas.
