There are wizards for setting up collection actions, letters, plans and queries. Users can also select collection plans from a pre-defined lists of process, create their own process and create different plans for different customer types. The processes can be run one at a time or similar customers and activities can be grouped. The company said it has also honored of the most popular requests, making Collections Management able to attach and send Word document invoices and Receivables statements.
