Before that, he was president of Burch Consultants, a reselling and consulting firm that became part of the former ERG in May 2005. That company was acquired by the former MIS Group in June 2006. After that company dissolved, Burch joined Deltek in January 2008 and he was with the maker of project accounting software until he joined Intacct, which markets Internet-based accounting software.

The Information Technology Alliance has named Intacct's Peyton Burch as a director to a three-year term. Burch, a CPA, has been a senior channel executive at the San Jose, Calif., company, since October 2010.
