The appointment continues a makeover of the executive committee under CEO Stephan Sieber, who assumed his position in April 2016. Of the nine members of the committee, two joined in 2015; Sieber and three others, including CFO Yann Leca, last year and three this year. Besides Goossens, the 2017 appointments were Haran Sold as EVP of domestic businesses in FinancialForce CEO Jeremy Roche, who became chief product officer, both in January.

Unit4 has named Dave Goossens as EVP of professional services. Goossens worked from Hewlett Packard, which he joined in February 2011. In his most recent role, starting in November 2014, he was VP and GM of software services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
