Laura Eier, most recently director of accounting and HR, was promoted to chief administrative officer/corporate secretary while Jeremy Scheiderer, was promoted from director of development to the VP of development. Besides those changes to the executive ranks, Tour de Force promoted Trent Thompson from regional sales manager to director of sales operations. Bill Pargeon, most recently director of project management, is moving into a new position as director of support. John Lammers has been hired to fill the vacancy in the position of the director of project management.

Tour de Force has restructured its management with the addition of a new COO and CFO. The Findlay, Ohio-based CRM publisher noted changes include both internal promotions and new hires. That included promoting operations VP Terry Kin to COO and bringing in Randy Merer as CFO.
