In her final position, she served as director of partner operations from July 2014 through February 2016. Her LinkedIn profile gives an interesting description of the latter job in which she says she drove operationalization "of an almost $1 billion product line transferring responsibility of annuity recapture from field sales to operations." Epicor is doing a pretty good job of talent acquisition—notably its hiring of Himanshu Palsule, former chief technology officer for Sage North America to the same role. It doesn't hurt in acquiring talent that the person running the company day-to-day, EVP Craig McCollum, had significant roles at both Sage and Microsoft.

Jana Reinke, who started with Great Plains Software in 1989, has joined Epicor as director of product/service management. She took the new position in June. Reinke had an unbroken career with Great Plains and then with Microsoft after it purchased the former company in 2001. She had two long-term jobs with Microsoft, first as director of customer services product management from April 2001 through June 2007 and then as director, of sales operations from July 2007 through June 2014.
