I.B.I.S. will showcase its Dynamics AX and CRM application, Advanced Supply Chain Software, which is designed for distributors, manufacturers and retailers. Both are certified and available on LCS Azure. An IT company based in Bangalore, India, Sonata acquired Peachtree Corners, Ga.-based I.B.I.S. late in 2015. I.B.I.S. founder Andy Vabulas, who says there are no issues with the new owners, is retiring on April 7. I assume we will soon learn who is in charge of the company and how the structure will compare to the original I.B.I.S., which Vabulas founded in 1989.
I.B.I.S. DEBUTS OMNI-CHANNEL Featured
I.B.I.S. and its India-based parent Sonata Software are launching an Omni-Channel Commerce platform for retail on Dynamics and the new Dynamics AX 7 services. The offering will be displayed next week at the Microsoft Envision conference in New Orleans, La. Sonata is featuring its Brick & Click Omni-Channel Commerce platform for large retailers.
