Operating results were dented by approximately $6.3 million of non-recurring costs for restructuring the Benelux and German subsidiaries—"the finalization of the recovery" was the term in the press release. As per normal practice, revenue was reported earlier. Revenue for the France-based group hit about $201.7 million for the recently ended year, up 6.7 percent on a like-for-like basis. About 48 percent of revenue for 2015 came from French-speaking areas that include North Africa with sales in that area increasing by 14 percent. With 1,450 employees, Prodware claims to be the largest Dynamics reseller in EMEA and Sage's top VAR in French-speaking countries.

The Prodware Group, a Sage and Dynamics reseller based in France, reported a 5.9-percent increase in earnings for the year ended December 31. The net result hit about $6.3 million. Prodware also reported net result group share of roughly $6.56 million for the same year, up 8.1 percent over 2014. [Don't ask me to define the difference.]
