In a prepared statement, Amy Knust, SWK SVP and cloud ERP practice leader, cited Acumatica's flexible deployment and licensing options as among its strengths. The announcement cuts the number of large resellers that carry only Sage down to a precious few. ADSS Global has NetSuite, as do Accordant, Blytheco and DSD Business Systems, Among the biggest on the ERP side, that leaves Net@Work noticeable as a Sage loyalist. In fact, with $13.2 million in revenue for its latest fiscal year, SWK is the second largest VAR signed by Acumatica, at least in the United States, second to the SBS Group which has been on board for some time.

After a courtship of several months, SWK Technologies of Livingston, N.J., has picked up Acumatica. Nice timing to coincide with Acumatica's funding announcement, but I suppose this was not necessarily deliberate. In any event, the reseller's CEO, Jeff Roth, was seen hanging around the Acumatica party at May during the NetSuite conference.
