Narayan, who joined Xero in 2015, is leaving to pursue those proverbial other opportunities. His departure comes under CEO Steve Vamos, who was named to his position in March. Godfrey-Billy joined the company in April 2016.

Xero CFO Sankar Narayan will leave the New Zealand-based company in December, the cloud software company said this week. Taking his place on October 1 will be chief accounting officer, Kirsty Godfrey-Billy.
