With part of the proceeds, the company will increase its work on vertical products. “We are pushing on development. We are going to go fast on some of the verticals we have been talking about and then on go to market,” Roskill said. Other areas for spending include what he called “significant strategic and planning resources, recruiting and HR.’ The offering was oversubscribed, Roskill said, adding more money could have been raised. It sounds like there could be a future need as the company is not profitable and getting into the black is not looming in the immediate future. “In some point in coming years, we do expect to become profitable,” Roskill said.
