She was previously SVP of communities and executive director of Shop.org for the National Retail Federation from October 2011 through October 2016 and was COO of Tory Burch from May 2008 through May 2011. Aulds served as VP of engineering management for Oracle's Communications unit. He came to Oracle through its acquisition of Acme Packet in 2013.
