The three lines are marketed by divisions of QAD.  Precision Software, founded in Dublin, Ireland, in 1984 was acquired by QAD in 2006. QAD Precision markets a variety of transportation shipping applications The product lines include trade compliance, global trade management, transportation executive and multi-carrier shipping. It integrates with ERP, WMS and legacy systems. DynaSys, founded in 1985 in Strasbourg, France, was purchased by QAD in 2012. As QAD DynaSys, it provides best-of-breed demand and supply chain software. QAD CEBOS makes quality management software for automotive, medical device and industrial manufacturing. QAD acquired CEBOS in 2012 in a $5-million deal. It was founded in Michigan in 1995.
