Optimize provides information and communication services. Founded in 2003, Optimize will operate as an independent unit under its CEO Frank Volders and the current management team. The acquired company has four divisions: M-SOFT, applications for the steel industry; Jamadata for the beverage industry; DAVE (Just Software) for SMEs on Mac and Windows-based systems; and the Optimize professional services division. The later provides standard and customized ERP business software and support services, including advanced business intelligence, CRM, business process management, e-commerce and consulting. Priority also acquired the ERP business of Israel-based Monitin Information Systems in 2017 and Performa Apps in the United States in 2016.

Priority Software, which markets the AccountEdge software line, has acquired Belgium-based Optimize Group to expand its presence in Western Europe. Terms were not disclosed. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Priority acquired Rockaway, N.J.-based Acclivity last year.
