Blackbaud says its Enterprise Markets Group "will continue to serve the horizontal and vertical needs of customers while expanding its current services for greater interconnectivity within its healthcare and higher education markets." The co-founder of Channel Rocket, Hill was president of the company, described as a sales enablement platform for the complex sale, from January 2014 until last month. He was with Blackboard from December 2004 through April 2013 and in the last 16 months there, Hill was president of global marketing for the educational technology company. Before joining Blackbaud, Cobb was with Allscripts Healthcare Solutions where he was VP of global alliances and channels from 2007 through 2016.

Blackbaud, based in Charleston, S.C., has named presidents of two groups that address key vertical markets. The nonprofit software vendor named Tim Hill, as president of its Higher Education Solutions group and, Russ Cobb, as president of its Healthcare Solutions group. Their LinkedIn profiles show Hill started work for Blackbaud this month; Cobb in July.
