Terms were not announced for the deal, which was described as a strategic investment. And it is Evergreen’s third investment in the mid-market reseller channel. Evergreen acquired SAP reseller Third Wave Business Systems in October 2021 and Dynamics VAR Western Computer in July. The other recent deal announced was Lovell Minnick Partners making what was termed a “growth investment” in New. York, N.Y., software reseller,  Net at Work, last month. Evergreen said ASG, founded in 2005, will operate independently within its Services Group. ASG sells the Sage Intacct Construction and Sage 100 Contractor and 300 Construction and Real Estate. Mike Griffith is continuing to lead the reseller as managing partner. Evergreen also owns companies in the MSP space, including NetGain Technologies and Executech.
