Ortiz joins the Franklin, Tenn.-based firm that was founded early this year by CEO Shannon Mullins. Oritz was most recently global account manager for Cogent Communications from September 2020 until joining ABC this month. Before that, Ortiz was business development manager with K e-commerce from January 2019 through August 2020. Earlier in his career, he spent slightly more than two years with the former InterDyn BMI. Mullins was previously a partner with Dynamics  reseller Accelerynt.
