INTUIT SWITCHING CFOS Featured

Intuit is changing CFOs on August 1 when Sandeep Aujla replaces Michelle Clatterbuck, who has held the position since February 2018.

Clatterbuck steps into a clearly reduced role as she will have an annual base salary of $125,000 through July 31, 2024 and able to earn a bonus of 10 percent of that. That compares to the $700,000 base salary and total compensation of $11.4 million for the year ended July 31, 2022. Aujla, who joined the company in June 2015, as VP of Small Business and Self-Employed Group Finance and being promoted to SVP of that group in January 2019. He will receive a base salary of $770,000 and a target annual case bonus equal to 120 percent of that amount. The company will also grant him equity awards of $11 million in July. Before coming to Intuit, Aujla was with Visa for six years nine months where he was VP of Finance and division CFO for Visa Global Merchant Solutions and CyberSource Corp. He was VP of investment banking with Goldman Sachs for slightly more than four years.
