Moore, speaking at a session for press and analysts at the conference in Las Vegas, said the subject of ISV performance was discussed during a recent construction advisory meeting. An Acumatica spokesperson has said the company will provide comment about Moore’s statements but has not yet done so. Moore said the ISVs were not sufficiently vetted and do not “usually” have peer reviews. Moore said some products purchased could not handle a business of Alpha’s size, even though billed as being capable of that scale. Time and tracking applications that company has selected do not have the necessary reliability. Moore pictured one as “spinning and spinning” while users wait for it to perform the needed calculations.
