The ERP software company has been relatively quiet over the last few years as it was passed between venture capital owners. But the load of information raises the obvious question of whether the company might go public again. In any case, Monti said annual recurring revenue is “north of $800 million” with SaaS comprising 30 percent of that amount. Monti said that is up from 15 percent three years ago.
