The accounting firm said 14 full-time professionals are joining BDO Digital as a result of the deal while BDO will also continue to work with 20 affiliated contractors. Dublin, Ohio-based AdaptaLogix has developed intellectual property, built on NetSuite, for the pharmaceutical industry. AdaptaLogix, founded in 2016, is headed by managing partners, James Neal and Allan Katsock.
