Salesforce has published a playbook to help organizations hold in-person events. , the next phase of the company’s Dreampass, describes technology and best practices.

Co-authored by Salesforce chief people officer Brent Hyder and chief marketing officer Sarah Franklin, the playbook includes the following sections:        *Assembling the right team of experts ;                                                                                                                                                                                            *Leading with COVID-19 vaccines and testing;                                                                                                                                                                              *Embracing on-site protocols and practices *Creating an easy, tech-enabled experience.

The publication draws on scientific data and clinical expertise according to Dr. Geeta Nayyar, Salesforce’s chief medical officer. “The playbook provides lessons, best practices and insights surrounding our own experience hosting in-person events that we’re excited to share with others,” Nayyar said in a prepared statement.
