The total brings Acumen’s Sage 300 business to 450 customers. The Sage 300 business largely involves selling into the installed base, but Crompton said Acumen still averages one new Sage 300 client a month. Both firms sell only Sage ERP products. The sale leaves Lancaster, Pa.-based RKL handling Sage 100 and 500, X3 and Intacct. Acumen, which has annual revenue of $4.9 million, also handles Intacct, along with Sage People and Fixed Assets.

RKL eSolutions has sold its Sage 300 client base to Acumen Information Systems. The transfer involved about 100 RKL customers, according to Paul Crompton, managing partner of th Orlando, Fla.-based Acumen.
