SAGE’S GOODE JOINS REVOLUT Featured

Nick Goode, who leads Sage’s X3 business, is leaving the company to lead the global expansion of Revolut for Business. He was named EVP of Sage X3 in July so that leadership will be changing again  “I love my Revolut account for its ease, functionality and benefits such as great exchange rates,” Goode said in a LinkedIn post.  

Revolut was founded in 2015 in London, England. The company’s website says “Revolut for Business is coming to the U.S.A” and provides a button for visitors to join a waitlist for downloading its app. Revolut says its goal is to manage a person’s entire financial life from a single app. Revolut offers three pricing plans starting with Standard, which has no monthly fee. All three plans provide the ability to spend in more than 150 currencies at the interbank exchange rate, exchange in 28 fiat currencies for up to $6,500 per month at no charge, and withdraw money from ATMs at no cost for up to $300 per month. Standard and Platinum are shown as coming soon. For $9.99 per month, Standard will offer global express delivery, priority customer support, premium cards with exclusive designs, disposal virtual cards, LoungeKey Pass access and free lounge passes for the account owner and one friend if a flight is delayed by more than one hour. The Platinum Plan, priced at $14.99 per month, offers a Revolut Metal Card and the disposal virtual cards, along with lounge passes forup to three others if a flight is delayed by more than an hour and 1 percent cash back. Goode joined Sage in April 2010 as head of marketing for the accountant’s division and held various roles with the former Sage One and overall product management.
