SAGE SHOPPING PAYMENTS Featured

The Sage Group has confirmed it is discussing options for Sage Pay. That includes a possible sale of the payments unit, the software company said this week.

Sage made the announcement following media speculation about its plans for Sage Pay. It sold its North American payments business, now known as Paya, to private equity firm, GTCR, in July 2017 for $260 million.
