TANGICLOUD DEVELOPS FOR BIZ CENTRAL Featured

Cloud software vendor Tangicloud Technologies has developed its nonprofit application for Dynamics Business Central. Tangicloud Fundamentals has been developed on top of the Microsoft cloud application.

Both horizontal and vertical applications are being developed, according to Jay Malik, who founded the company in February 2016, along with his wife, Leisa. The company were also founders of Serenic Software, whose NFP software was built on the desktop Dynamics NAV. Malik says Business Central is opening a new market since Microsoft is not taking Dynamics GP and SL to the cloud. “We are getting GP partners and Solomon partners looking at us,” he says. “Our target is 10 times larger.” Malik has expanded its target market from its traditional mid-market customers to include users outgrowing QuickBooks and also broadened its market by making the applications available on Microsoft AppSource. Fundamentals includes as GL, bank management, multi-currency, budget planning and control, purchase orders, AP and AR, fixed assets and inventory. Applications to be added include loan management, to be introduced during this summer, and advanced labor allocations.
