The Alithya Group has acquired Travercent, a consulting firm specializing in implementing Oracle applications in the healthcare sector. The Montreal, Que.-based reseller paid $18 million in cash and Class A subordinate voting shares of Alithya.

Sage has named nine resellers as 2019 Platinum Elite winners in North America. The number is line with last year when the number of VARs receiving company honors was reduced substantially from prior years.
